Non-Refundable Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds on wigs, hair extensions, or other hair products once the packaging has been opened or used. We encourage our customers to carefully review their orders and make sure they are fully satisfied with their choice before finalizing the purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at sheikaslayco@gmail.com. We will happily assist you with an exchange or refund, provided the product is returned in its original condition and packaging. Please ensure that you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return Process: To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, please send us a clear description of the issue along with supporting images of the product and packaging. Once we assess the issue, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. After receiving the returned item, we will process an exchange or issue a store credit as per your preference.
